AI Consulting for Creatives

You didn't start a creative business to spend your days managing it.

Hey there. I'm Jen. I help creative folks like you use AI intentionally, to get out of the weeds and back to the work they love — without losing an ounce of what makes them brilliant.

Ch. 01 — The honest part

Let's be honest about how you spend most of your time as a creative.

You built something because you love to make things. Design things. Write things. Create things that didn't exist before you came along.

But somewhere along the way, the business side swallowed the creative side whole. Now you're drowning in invoices, admin, emails, scheduling and social media, leaving very little time to actually create.

You don't need more hours in a day. You need a better system and basic AI. I'll show you how easy that is.

Ch. 02 — The avoidance

Let's talk about why you're still avoiding AI.

The fear

"AI would ruin what makes our work special."

The frustration

"We tried ChatGPT and it sounded nothing like us. It was generic at best."

The suspicion

"AI is for tech companies. It's not for businesses who create things."

The deluge

"There are a million tools and I have no idea where to even start."

All of that's valid. None of it means AI isn't for you. It just means you haven't properly tapped into it yet.

Ch. 03 — The reframe

AI is not a threat to your creativity.

It should be used to support, streamline and evolve your company so you have more time to be creative.

Your taste is the product.
My job is to protect it.

Ch. 04 — Probably easier than you think

You likely only need 2 or 3 things to get started with AI. That's where I come in.

i.

Generative AI

Tools like ChatGPT are wildly powerful — but most creative businesses are using them like a slightly smarter Google. My AI Literacy training teaches you to leverage them for strategic, authentic, on-brand output. Often the single highest-ROI thing I offer.

ii.

Simple Automation & Productivity

I'll show you how to automate the stuff you're already doing, using the apps you've already got. Zapier, Notion and friends can quietly streamline tasks, comms and strategy while you're busy living and creating.

iii.

Specialized AI Tools (one or two, if any)

The list of AI tools is now endless. There may be one or two that are so useful and affordable, they'll pay for themselves immediately. I'll recommend only the ones you actually need.

Ch. 05 — Who this is for

I work only with creative businesses.

When I say "creative," I mean it broadly. If your business runs on imagination, expression, artistry or forward thinking, we're likely a fit.

Ch. 06 — How I work with you

I'm not about throwing every shiny AI tool at you.

My goal is to recommend only the solutions that serve your purpose and get you back to creating. Then I install, implement, train and support until you're up and running.

01

Step

The Deep-Dive Discovery Call

Before I recommend a single tool or build a single automation, we go deep on how your business actually operates. The good, the bad, and the embarrassingly manual.

  • Where your hours are actually going
  • Whether your team is using AI at all — and how well
  • Bottlenecks that slow every project
  • Tasks eating money with no ROI
  • Work your team dreads but can't delegate
  • Repetitive processes still done by hand
  • Tools you're paying for but underusing
  • Tools you're using and loving
  • Your growth goals and org structure

02

Step

The AI Audit and Roadmap

One week later I walk you through a detailed audit — where and how AI can help, specific tools and training, estimated ROI, projected time savings, and clear next steps.

  • Written recommendations report
  • Prioritized implementation roadmap
  • Tool stack with cost estimates
  • 60-minute follow-up review call

03

Step

Implementation & Ongoing Support

If you want to move forward, we move fast. I build the automations, set up the tools, train your team, and stick around to troubleshoot.

  • Full build-out of priority automations
  • Hands-on AI literacy training
  • Prompting workshop — output that sounds like you
  • Workflow QA + live team walkthrough
  • 30-day check-in and email support

Ch. 07 — Pricing & packages

Portrait of Jen, founder of AI By Jen
Hi, I'm Jen ✺

Ch. 08 — About me

I'm an ex-corporate tech seller who came back to my art-school senses.

I spent decades in corporate America selling technology solutions — the kind designed to help large companies sell more, operate leaner, and make more money. And I was good at it. But somewhere around year fifteen, I had a realization: I was completely soul-crushed.

I was an art major, once. A long time ago. Somewhere between the quarterly sales targets and endless corporate hustle, I lost the thread back to that person.

Last year, I decided to find it again.

I made a pivot — deliberately, and with zero regrets — into consulting that actually lights me up. I took everything I know about technology, automation and making businesses run better, and I pointed it at the people who need it most and use it least: creatives.

My mission is simple. I want to help you use AI intentionally — not to churn out generic garbage at scale, but to handle the business weight so you can spend more time doing the thing that actually matters. Creating. That's what keeps this world interesting. I'm just here to help you find the time to do it.
